We have an exciting position open in Mukwonago WI:Automation
Engineer
Job Summary: As an Automation Engineer at Aptar you will provide
manufacturing support for post molding assembly processes through
the full life cycle of a product. The Manufacturing Engineer will
be responsible for product launch reviews with project team,
continuous improvement projects post-launch and large capital
projects to improve plant efficiency.
Manage the design and implementation of new assembly equipment
Manage and improve PLC and auxiliary software programs for all
plant equipment
Working with our project launch team support the launch of new
product lines in the plant via design reviews
Support vendor build events a provide proper feedback to ensure
success run at Job 1
Able to generate new CI project ideas and generate cost benefit
analysis to evaluate project viability
Manage vendors to ensure proper install of equipment. Validate this
install that comply with safety, quality and throughput
standards
Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing defects that cause
downtime, quality defects or safety concerns
Develop and implement permanent corrective actions on processes as
indicated by the root cause analysis
Develop programming solutions to manufacturing issues
Coordinate cross functional team meetings to develop best solution
to support all departments
