What You'll Do:

Improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues that impact throughput or product quality.
Oversee equipment audits, upgrades, and overhauls to maintain optimal performance.
Work with suppliers to design and validate new tooling, machinery, and production lines.
Drive innovation through the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions.
Conduct training for team members on machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Evaluate new equipment to ensure it meets production, cost, and quality targets.

We Need You To Have:

High school diploma or equivalent required; BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
6 or more months of mechanical or production engineering experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar design tools.
Strong problem solving skills and hands-on technical mindset.
Willing to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
Experience with ovens or oxidizers is a plus.
