We Are Looking for a Diesel Technition - Straight Pay Only $32 - $38 Per Hour

Position Overview:

Moran Transportation Corporation is seeking a skilled and results-driven Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Elk Grove Village, Illinois facility. This is a first-shift, full-time position offering a dynamic work environment in a fast-paced transportation and logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company trucks and equipment.
  
  
• Inspect trucks, trailers and other equipment on a periodic basis.
  
  
• Conduct preventative maintenance services, including greasing, oil changes, and lubrication of components.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
  
  
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and work performed.
  
  
• Utilize company-provided service vehicles as needed.
  
  
• Perform road-side service calls.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  
• Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are effective.
  
  
• Document repairs and maintenance performed.
  
  
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
  
  Full-Time Forklift Operator/Dock Worker - $20 Per Hour
