Project Manager, your days will be spent:Leading a project team to
ensure quality work Developing, monitoring, and managing project
budgets Managing project scope, schedule, and staffing Effectively
communicating with clients Ensuring project-specific delivery
requirements are met Leading project pursuits, securing contract
work, negotiating contracts, and providing updates as requested
Providing mentorship, guidance, and development to staff Developing
and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships Collaborating
with colleagues and utilizing internal resources to continuously
enhance your professional skills Participating in the design of
routine and unique transportation related structures in the State
of Wisconsin. Administering JT's Quality Assurance process for all
projects To excel from day one, you'll need:A Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 7+ years
of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects A
Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred) Excellent written
and verbal communication skills? Technical competence in developing
and managing project budgets? Knowledge of client standards and
Quality Control processes? A valid driver's license and reliable
transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend
conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e.,
without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work
sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To
occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional
development and/or project-related work Knowledge of the use of
common structural engineering codes, standards, and practices for
the transportation structures industry in Wisconsin BenefitsOur
