You will:

  • Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions, hospitals, IDN, and Director of Pharmacy)
  • Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product
  • Identify access barriers for the product and develop a path for solutions
  • Achieve and/or exceed targeted business goals in an assigned region by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing market share
  • Leverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drive business plans and strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and proceduresMinimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' commercial medical device/biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 3 years of field IDN account experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes
