Job Description:
A company is looking for a CAPA Manager to support the
development of Corrective Action Preventative Action processes in
clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for the nonconformance and CAPA
process
Assist in Root Cause Analysis investigations and coach
Investigation Owners on the CAPA process
Monitor nonconformance and CAPA deliverables, ensuring compliance
with timelines and requirements
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in science or arts, or equivalent
experience
At least 6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with
3-4 years in GXP related to clinical research or quality
assurance
Experience in Quality Control and Compliance, CAPA processes, and
Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge of the drug development process and relevant SOPs
Experience in quality assurance activities, including audits of
clinical sites and regulatory submissions
