A company is looking for a Paid Advertising Manager to oversee
direct response affiliate marketing budgets across various personal
finance verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Google & Microsoft Ads
Create compelling ad copy and visuals, conducting A/B testing to
enhance campaign performance
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve conversion and
ROI objectives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of performance marketing experience with a focus on SEM
channels
Experience managing direct response marketing budgets and revenue
goals
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to optimize
performance
Customer-centric mindset and collaborative attitude
Experience with direct response affiliate marketing principles is a
plus
