Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Governance Manager to oversee
the lifecycle of Wholesale Credit Risk policies and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide policy advisory and strategy guidance to various lines of
defense
Develop and enhance Wholesale Credit Risk policies, standards, and
procedures
Engage with stakeholders to implement and enforce WCR policy
requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in policy development and governance
Experience in Wholesale Credit Risk or related risk management is a
plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree is a
plus
Ability to perform independently and remain organized
Highly motivated and team-oriented
