of imaging services across multiple modalities within Imaging.Job
Responsibilities and Requirements:Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and leads the implementation of policies, procedures
and initiatives for imaging services across assigned
modalities.
- Develops departmental goals and standards consistent with
medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the
health care delivery system.
- Prepares departmental budget and ensures that department
operates within allocated funds.
- Develops, implements, and monitors plan for patient care
services in assigned department.
- Serves as a liaison between the service area and other
department leaders.
- Maintain department facilities and equipment in a condition to
promote efficiency, health, comfort and safety of patients and
staff.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.Education
- Bachelor's degreeExperience
- Seven years' experience, with five years in direct people
management/leadershipRequired Professional License and/or
Certifications
