brand. SEE Eyewear is looking for a team focused, high engagement,
patient-centric Optometrists. The ideal candidate is passionate
about optical fashion and is looking for a long-term opportunity
where they can build relationships with the clientele and retail
team. We are looking for an Optometrist(s), to work 1-2 days a week
at our State Street location, located in lovely Madison Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility on days and include some
weekend coverage. We are open on days and looking forward to

with urgency and prioritize tasks. You will be accountable for
ensuring that your team has clear direction on down-time
utilization and prioritization of tasks. Duties & Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to: Partnering with the Store
Manager to develop strategies to increase fill-rate Networking and
building relationships in the market Delivering a quality eye exam
to patients, focused on quality and experience Making lenses
recommendations to patients from the chair Completing a quality
hand-off of patients back to the retail team at the end of each
exam Utilizing down-time to network and interact with potential
patients and the team on the sales floor Employment Type: Part Time
Salary: $88 - $105 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
