Job Description:

The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations of the on-site restaurant of the Westin DC City Center. This includes managing staff, ordering supplies, administrative tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position has room to grow and is a stepping stone position to the Director of Food & Beverage!Responsibilities:

• Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote food and beverage offerings.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
