Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to engage with
prospective members and facilitate their enrollment in cancer care
support services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll
prospective members in services
Build trusting relationships with members and understand their
needs to inform the care team
Obtain consent, conduct enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent
member needs as necessary
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related role, such as a call
center or front office
Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups
Proficiency with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and
electronic health records
Ability to work in a quiet and secure environment for remote
operations
