Job Description:

We're seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a Geek Squad Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support, knowledge, and solutions. Our team will provide the training and resources you need to ask the right questions, listen carefully, take detailed notes, and partner with other agents as needed to help customers who visit our stores. Working together, we'll create a supportive, positive environment for anyone facing tech challenges or wanting to get more out of their devices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agentsBasic Qualifications:
    • Experience using and learning about consumer electronics
    • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
