Position SummaryThe Production Planner and Scheduler plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle.ResponsibilitiesReview open sales orders to determine customer requirementsReview orders for material issues or constraintsCoordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production scheduleSupport purchasing by monitoring and systemically adjusting on hand inventoryRelease manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit pickingNotify Sales of any schedule impacts to customersCoordinate and expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achievedComplete status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventoryInvolvement with SIOP as needed.Support monthly On Time Delivery (OTD) roll-upRequirements:Degree preferred or 3-5 years' experience in production and processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goodsAbility to interact well with internal and external customersAbility to use judgment and reasoning skills in decision makingExcellent communication skillsProficient use of computer systems and software applicationsSchedule is from Monday -Friday 7:00am-3:30pmPM22PI650ab4b5fdde-25660-30515962
