HR Shared Services Representative

• Serve as the primary contact for the HR hotline, responding to inquiries and providing
  support to employees, applicants, and other stakeholders.Triage incoming calls and emails, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR or
  payroll team members.Provide accurate and timely information regarding HR policies and other employee-related matters.
  
• HRIS Data Management
  • Process employee data changes, such as rehires, terminations, personal information
    updates, direct deposit, and tax withholding changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and adherence to standardized processes.
  • Support data entry and updates related to items such as garnishments, levies, child
    support orders, and other employee records.
  • Payroll & HR Administrative Support
    • Aid in the preparation of reports and documentation required for payroll and HR
      compliance.
    • Assist with HR department event planning and coordination.
    • Provide support to payroll and HR operations teams in items such as annual labor
      employment posters and tuition reimbursement tracking.
    • Support the field recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes as requested,
      ensuring required documentation is completed and processed.
    • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
    • Serve as a liaison between the payroll and HR teams, fostering communication and efficient workflows.
    • Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

      High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in customer service, payroll, or HR-related roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a commitment to accuracy and attention
      to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive
