Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Content
Designer to create and manage training content for retail
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts
to create training materials
Design and manage training programs, including course objectives
and detailed designs
Evaluate and update existing programs to ensure alignment with
retail team needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, focusing
on instructional design
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and authoring tools such as
Articulate and Rise
Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Axonify
Retail store experience, particularly in the Apparel or Footwear
industry, is desirable
